Hand Strengthening Exercises

These four exercises are perfect for exercising the hands.

As with everything on this site, please ask your doctor or therapist before starting any new routine. If you have a pre-existing condition, you need to know if even a simple movement is wrong for you.

Many of us struggle with weak hands and stiff fingers! Long hours doing repetitive tasks like typing on a computer keyborad for hours, assembly work and many crafts can be hard on our hands.

A few minutes with an Eggsercizer can not only strengthen your hands and fingers but relieve stress! Show the next pickle jar, who's boss!

Try the following exercises, try as many reps as you can without pain; slowly increase to a full minute each!

Strengthen the front of your hand by pressing your fingers into the Eggsercizer

Flex each finger, one at a time, show them you're the boss!

Stregthen your grip! squeeze with all five fingers, squish that Eggsercizer!

Flex your thumb, press into the Eggsercizer, work the entire thumb to the wrist!
