REQUEST A RETURN AUTHORIZATION

— Body Relief Depot (BRD) must authorize all product returns. Use the following link to download the RA form or call 800-538-4675 to request a return authorization. Download Form

— Any unauthorized return will be assessed a restocking fee of 20% of the product cost, which will be deducted from the amount of the credit.

SHIPPING

— Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer for all returns other than a BRD inaccuracy.

— It is strongly suggested to ship through any carrier that provides tracking information (UPS / FedEx)

— (Standard Postal Service does not provide tracking information.)

— If no proof of delivery or tracking information can be provided if needed, credit WILL NOT be issued.

REPORTING DAMAGES/DISCREPANCIES

— Any damages or discrepancies must be reported to BRD within 5 DAYS of delivery date.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

— All products will be covered under the terms set forth in the manufacturer's warranty. Any replacement or repair will be at the discretion set forth in those terms. Please contact BRD for any information needed.

CREDIT

— Credit will be applied to the credit card used for the original purchase. Credit card information is not retained after original transaction. Please contact BRD to provide this information, otherwise, you will be contacted by a BRD associate to request this information.

— Credit will be issued for the product cost ONLY. Shipping charges will not be credited or reimbursed.

— To receive full product cost, items must: .
(1.) be returned with authorization .
(2.) be in new & unused condition & in original product packaging.
(3.) Returned within 30 days of delivery date.

RESTOCKING FEES

— Most returns will not be charged a restocking fee. However, failure to follow the guidelines in this policy may incur those fees OR result in denial of credit being issued.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES

— Some returns may require the product to be shipped directly back to our suppliers. Therefore, additional policy terms may apply & take priority over this policy.

— You will be notified of any additional policy requirements along with your return authorization.
