Why are products I see on other sites not offered on Body Relief Depot?

If you know of a product that you think should be offered please call or use the contact form for suggestions.

Although, sometimes we don't carry a product because our parent company has experienced many returns and unhappy customers -we only provide products we know are successful on Body Relief Depot.

I'm new to the site, how do I register?
You can register with ReliefDepot.com from any page by clicking on tab "Register" located on the top of the page. By registering with Body Relief Depot your contact and shipping information will be remembered for future orders. Also, you will be able to create a wish list or send an email of your wish list to a friend. Please review our privacy statement for more information. We will only use your information to make your shopping easier -we will never sell or release your information.

I lost my password, how do I get it back?
If you lost your password simply click on the link "Forgot password?" located in the top right hand corner of the web site or from the "Help desk". You will be asked to enter your email address associated with the account. Your password will be emailed to you immediately. Very rarely internet traffic is so heavy that some carriers will "hold" batches of emails and send them out later -we have no control over this. If you do not receive your email within a few minutes, try again later. Heavy times are usually 9am, noon and 5-6 pm.

How do I subscribe to your newsletter?
It is not neccessary to subscribe to our Newsletter! We hate SPAM and we know our customers hate SPAM -so we created a NEWSLETTER Web Site. This web site will contain invaluable information, how to use our products and it is always online. Each moth the current information will be moved to an archives section. I am having trouble with your cart, what do I do?
Recently one or two customers have been experiencing rare and random problems with putting products in their carts, processing orders or other problems. We have discovered a few common problems:
1. Is your profile correct? Verisign checks the profile information you entered to make sure is matches exactly with your bank's credit card information. Check to make sure your name is spelled as it appears on your statement, also address and zip code. This is a very important feature, it helps us make sure no one else can use your card.
2. Do you have javascript disabled? If so click on the link in the footer on the bottom of the page. If you don't know the answer, try this link and see if that helps.
3. Have you installed new security? Some firewalls and security software may interfere with security features, many shopping carts are experiencing similar problems. As they occur our programmers try to find solutions.
4. Can you accept cookies? We use cookies to help make your shopping easier, so you don't have to fill out your address and shipping info each and every time. Also, you can track you package and view your order history.
5. Nothing helps, I still can't order! Well, rest assured we take this very seriously. Body Relief Depot is a real business, in fact, we show only a portion of our vast stock and product lines! Simply pick up the phone and call during business hours, our friendly staff is eager to take your order and answer your questions.
Help us make this the best online store! Our staff is happy to take your order on the phone but our programmers also want to solve any problems. If you could use our online form to report problems, and please let us know exactly where the cart failed, what was the error message and exactly what day and time you experienced this problem.

Just ask! Body Relief Depot's parent company, SME USA, Inc., has thousands of products. For over 10 years we have supplied orthopedic surgeons, clinics, physical therapists and massage therapists with products for their patients. Give us a call and we will be happy to offer advice. We have chosen not to offer a few products that are very popular because our customers have given us negative feedback and we want happy customers. If you call us asking for a product, we will let you know if our experience has not been positive; we can also recommend products our customers love.
